Refund policy

We hope you absolutely ❤️ your Sugar Beach Boutique purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. 

Below are a few guidelines to help you process your return:

To start your return, please fill out this RETURN FORM {pdf} and be sure to include it in your return package with the items you are returning.

Email us at ShopSugarBeachBoutique@gmail.com and we will send you the return address to send your package back to us.

*Due to high order volume and quick sell-through, it is difficult for us to make product exchanges; however, if we have your product in stock, we are happy to do so. Please reach out to us at ShopSugarBeachBoutique@gmail if you are interested in an exchange.*

To be eligible for a return: your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please make sure to include your packing slip or order number with the return. We are unable to process your return without this information.

Returns within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a refund (minus shipping costs). Returns within 15-30 days after purchase is store credit only. Returns after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted. Items must be in new condition (not worn or washed) with original tags still attached.

Shipping charges on returns are NON-REFUNDABLE, and customer is responsible for additional return shipping expenses.

All SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

NOTE: We have the right to refuse a return based on the condition it arrives back to us. Any signs of wear, cigarette, perfume or food smells, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, rips/snags, and stains are potential reasons we may deny your return. Any items rejected for return will require a re-shipping fee at the customer's expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the package is damaged, resulting in defects or damage to your item/s, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number for further assistance.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, seasonal items, or gift cards. No exceptions.

Store Credits
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return for STORE CREDIT was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be issued a STORE CREDIT that will be kept in your customer profile, ready for your next purchase.
